Deposits & Payment
Upon placing your order for a blog design package, a $25 non-refundable deposit is due. Once it is time to begin your design, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. For "a la carte" items, payment is due in full for orders $25 and under or a $25 deposit will be taken for orders over $25. Paypal is the only method of payment accepted at this time.
Once the balance has been received, work will begin on your design. Samples and designs will be emailed to you for approval or edits. Please check your email often in order to get your design done in a timely manner. Once all of your elements are approved, I will request your login information to install the design. You may, at your own risk, install the design yourself if you'd like. I will also require access to your Photobucket account (if you have one) or I will create one for you to host your images. Photobucket accounts are free.
Edits and revisions will be done as needed (within reason). Once your design has been approved and installed, you have 72 hours (3 days) to request any minor edits. Once installed, full design or large elements may not be overhauled. Any edits after 3 days will be charged an hourly rate of $25/hr.
A small, discreet "Designed by Aileen" button and/or link will appear on your site. Please do not remove or change this.
