How do I get started?
Once you have browsed the options and decided on a package or a la carte item(s), please fill out the order form. Once it has been submitted I will do my best to respond within 48 hours. You will get an invoice for a deposit as well as an estimated wait time before I can start on your design.
What forms of payment do you take?
I only accept paypal and I will, on occasion, barter for other goods and services.
How long do I have to wait?
The wait time depends on current work load, your design choices and how long it takes you to review designs and get back to me. I will say on average I can start your design in 1-2 weeks and the design process will take 1-2 weeks as well. If you are concerned about turn around time, please email me first.
What about the design process?
Once I am ready to start work on your design, I will send you a paypal invoice for the remaining amount. Once your payment has cleared, I will email you with any final questions and information. Then I will begin on your design. How it works differs for different designs, I may send you a couple of samples to choose from and go from there. As I work, I will email you the designs for approval or edits. Once all the designs have been approved, I will need your login information in order to install. You may temporarily change your password for this or you may (at your own risk) be emailed all of the elements and install them yourself.
Can you revise the design if I don't like it?
You have 72 hours (3 days) to decide if you'd like any revisions done. Once you have approved the design and it is installed, you have the right to request small changes. I will do my best to make sure you adore your design.
